Our Power Tots instructors lead fun, safe, and empowering movement classes now available in local parks. For over 30 years, our proven curriculum has helped children ages 12 months to 12 years grow physically, mentally, and emotionally— setting the stage for a lifetime of healthy habits.
If your child is missing their regular routine and you’re looking for a fun, yet focused fitness activity, we have the classes for you! Our focus will be on big body movements, beginner gymnastics, and building body awareness. Classes will be no-contact and safely distanced, following all CDC guidelines.
