Postnatal yoga is designed specifically for new moms. Our bodies change a great deal in the weeks to months following childbirth. This flow uses stretches to strengthen the body. Linking breath to movement helps to reconnect with the body.

Let’s raise our vibes! Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.” We constantly vibrate at different energies depending on our moods & surroundings. It’s time to check in on your spirit. Let me help you ensure that you are vibrating at the highest possible energy level. When we raise our vibration, we can more easily connect to each other and the universe. It allows us to trust our instincts, gain a sense of inner calm, and let love & positivity flow more easily.

ISMA Children’s Program
Using elements of yoga, tai chi, dance, gymnastics, and Pilates, the children find themselves jumping, bouncing, balancing peacefully, moving rhythmically… enhancing their motor skills, coordination, and endurance… they become aware of their breath, proper skeletal alignment, the flow of their energy, and the use of their imaginations. The boys and girls also learn to read Labanotation, the written language of movement.
